Agro Fundamenta is directed by Mr. Paco Yglesias, an expert in the sector of agricultural raw materials markets.
Mr.Yglesias has a degree in Economics and a PDD from IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain.
He started his professional career in Cargill and during 20 years of service to this company he developed expert knowledge, assuming key responsibilities in the grain trading sector in Spain, France (EU markets) and Switzerland (world markets).
After Cargill, he led and organised a joint venture between Riera Roura and Tradigrain (Farmland Industries Inc.) for the distribution and importation of grain in Spain.
In 2003, he joined Tate & Lyle as grain purchasing manager for nine plants of the group in the European Union, Turkey and Morocco and later for Tereos Syral and Sedalcol UK.
He held the position of vice-president of the Foreign Section of Coceral (Brussels) and was internal advisor of the Tereos Syral group on Corn Market Evolution in EU 28 and the Tereos Group on Brazil Industrial Investments.
He has extensive and diverse experience in the grain market that includes logistics, freight, financial tools, and futures.
